As Founder and Principal of Perfectly Pictured Decluttering & Staging Experts, LLC a licensed, certified, accredited and designated full-service Home Staging & Cleaning company.  She has always loved arranging and redesigning spaces to give new life to any dwelling. Repeatedly, her family and friends ask her for advice on redesigning their homes.

 

Prior to starting her business in February 2020, Mattie was the former owner of an event planning company and worked in the construction industry for over 25 years while residing  Buffalo, New York until May 2014.  She then moved to New Jersey and later to Maine for a new opportunity in a different sector of the construction industry. In May 2021, she transferred her position to Jacksonville, FL, where she currently works to this day. 

 

Matties’ company provides cleaning, renovation/repair services, occupied and vacant home staging, commercial staging services, staging consultation, post janitorial services, de-cluttering, depersonalizing and organizing, and project management.  She continues to strive to provide each client with a top notch, stress free experience during their transitional period.

Mattie has shown her expertise in media publications such as Reader's Digest, AARP, 21 Oak, Apartment Therapy and Annie & Oak and has appeared on Home Staging TV with Tori Toth and on Candid Cleaning Conversations Podcast  with Ms. Katrina Johnson of Tenancity Cleaning.   She has also been featured in the Special April 2022 Edition of STAGERS OF COLOR ISSUE - IAHSP Magazine.

 

Mattie received her ASP® (Accredited Staging Professional) certification from StagedHomes.com University where she received the highest form of training in the industry and is a member of the IAHSP® (International Accredited Home Staging Professionals) and RESA  (Real Estate Staging Association) which sets her apart from other home stagers. She received her Bachelor of Professional Studies (B.M.E.) from SUNY Empire State College.  She also graduated from the University at Buffalo Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership's Allstate Minority & Women Emerging Entrepreneurs Program (CEL) in November 2010 where she mentored upcoming entrepreneurs until 2014.
